The Justice at Stake national survey was a public opinion poll conducted in 2001 by Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research and American Viewpoint, and published by the Justice at Stake Campaign on this domain. It measured public confidence in the courts and views on the influence of campaign money on judges.

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor cited the survey in her concurrence in Republican Party of Minnesota v. White, 536 U.S. 765 (2002), for the finding that 76 percent of registered voters believe campaign contributions influence judicial decisions. The survey is preserved on this site and in the Internet Archive.
